Who this beta is

You may be a fit if the following describe your situation.

- You can observe and track your child's routines and symptoms regularly
- You are prepared to follow a structured program for approximately 6 months
- You understand progress may not always be linear
- You do not have a child with an active major medical crisis or diagnosed chromosomal condition
Children with active medical complexity, recent hospitalizations, or diagnosed chromosomal/genetic conditions are not candidates for this current beta — this reflects the current scope of the protocol, not a judgment.

What does this look like day to day?
Sample Routine
Most families spend about 30–60 minutes per day on NeuHealing activities. This is usually done in the evening or before bed, when the body is naturally shifting into rest and repair mode. In the early phase, a routine might look like:
- Lymphatic plate for 5–10 minutes
- Lymph brushing for 3–5 minutes
- Reflexology / foot rolls for 5–10 minutes
- PEMF mat for 15–20 minutes
- Castor oil packs 2–3 nights per week for 30–45 minutes
Not every tool is used every night. The program rotates a few simple supports so the routine stays manageable.
During the day, the focus is lighter: clean air, outdoor time, and supportive meals/snacks. Families are encouraged to sort supplements once a week to make the day-to-day easier.
