Account information: name, email address, and role when you create an account.

Intake and health data: information you provide in intake forms, including age, sex, weight, symptoms, dietary patterns, sleep quality, and health conditions.

Genetic data: DNA file uploads you choose to share for the purpose of pathway personalization. This data is processed solely for wellness guidance and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Tracking and activity data: daily check-ins, urine strip results, supplement logs, and weekly submissions you enter through the platform.

Reports and uploads: TRP (Terrain Reactivity Panel) PDF reports and related lab documents you upload.

Communications: messages sent via the in-app messaging system or support email.

We use your information to:

• Provide and personalize your healing pathway and protocol recommendations
• Generate AI-assisted coaching insights and document summaries
• Track your progress and generate weekly/monthly reports
• Send program-related notifications and reminders
• Improve our program through aggregated, de-identified research and development
• Communicate with you about your account and program

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or genetic data with advertisers or third-party data brokers.

Your DNA file is processed exclusively to identify genetic variants relevant to your chosen healing pathway (e.g., methylation, detox capacity, hormone metabolism). It is stored securely and is accessible only to you and authorized NeuHealing coaches.

You may request deletion of your genetic data at any time by emailing admin@neuhealing.com.

We share your data only with:

• Service providers: infrastructure and AI providers (e.g., Base44, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) used to operate the platform — subject to their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Your coach: NeuHealing certified coaches may access your health data, tracking logs, and reports to provide personalized guidance.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted storage, access controls, and secure transmission (HTTPS) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing (where applicable)
• Data portability

NeuHealing allows caregivers to submit data on behalf of minors as part of the ASD/Neuro pathway. Caregiver consent is required and obtained during the intake process. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13 without verified parental consent.

NeuHealing is a wellness and educational program, not a medical service. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.

We may use session cookies necessary for the operation of the platform. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies.
