By accessing or using the NeuHealing platform ("Platform") operated by NeuHealing, LLC ("NeuHealing", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

NeuHealing provides a guided wellness program including:

• Personalized healing pathway guides (ASD/Neuro, Hormone Reset, Immune Recovery)
• AI-assisted coaching and document generation
• Daily and weekly health tracking tools
• Protocol and supplement guidance
• Community forum and coach messaging

NeuHealing is a wellness and educational program only. It is not a medical practice and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Caregivers may participate on behalf of minor children as part of the ASD/Neuro pathway, subject to the caregiver consent process during intake.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. NeuHealing is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

Nothing on the NeuHealing Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content is provided for educational and wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before starting any new health program, supplement, or dietary change — especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medications.

NeuHealing makes no guarantee of specific health outcomes. Results vary based on individual biology, adherence, and other factors.

Supplement recommendations and dosage information provided through the Platform are educational suggestions and starting ranges only. They are not prescriptions. Individual needs vary. NeuHealing coaches are not licensed physicians and cannot prescribe, diagnose, or treat medical conditions.

You retain ownership of the health data, DNA files, and other content you upload to the Platform. By uploading, you grant NeuHealing a limited license to use that data to provide and improve the services described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to share any data you upload, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent health data
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Post harmful, harassing, or abusive content in the community forum

All content on the Platform — including pathway guides, protocols, images, and AI-generated content — is the property of NeuHealing, LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeuHealing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to NeuHealing in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold NeuHealing, its officers, coaches, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your health decisions made in connection with the program.

NeuHealing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm other users or the integrity of the platform. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at admin@neuhealing.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NeuHealing, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
