Your Reset, Step by Step

A guided, genetics-informed journey — built around your terrain, your biology, and your pace.

What to Expect

How your reset takes shape

The reset works because it's a relationship: you bring small, consistent signals, and NeuHealing turns them into guidance that fits your body. Most days that's a quick check-in — a minute or two noting how you slept, how you feel, and whether anything shifted. Once a week you'll add a simple urine strip photo. Together those inputs let your protocol bend with you instead of staying frozen at day one.

Every 45–60 days during your first four months, you'll repeat your Terrain Reactivity Panel so your guidance reflects where you are now — not where you started. If you have raw DNA data (from AncestryDNA, for example), you can upload it once to add a deeper layer of personalization. Neither is a hurdle; both just let the program see you more clearly.

What you get back is the other half of the loop. Each week, a plain-language report translates your check-ins and markers into what's shifting, what to watch, and what comes next — no data interpretation on your end. Behind that, you have email access to a certified Functional Genomics & Nutrition Coach who can answer questions and help you navigate anything unexpected, usually within 48 hours.

Your dashboard and coaching stay calibrated to your specific pathway, and your TRP and DNA work together in real time to explain not just what's happening, but why. And throughout, a pathway-specific community forum lets you share observations and find encouragement from people moving through the same journey.

The Building Blocks

Explore the Pieces of Your Reset

Prepare Your Terrain — Creating Safety Before Change

Before any reset begins, your body needs a chance to settle. You'll receive simple guidance to calm your home environment and daily rhythms — along with your NeuHealing Core Reset list, built around what your terrain currently needs, not a generic protocol.

If you've uploaded DNA data, your list can be tailored further. If not, that's fine — you can add DNA insights later, and the preparation phase still works.

Understand Your Patterns — Your TRP Starts the Reset

The Terrain Reactivity Panel (TRP) is a simple at-home test that shows how your system is currently responding — reactivity patterns, not diagnoses. Your reset officially begins the moment you upload your first results; until then, nothing is pushed.

The TRP repeats every 45–60 days, so your guidance always reflects where your body is now — not where it was a month ago.

Understand Your Biology — DNA Deepens Personalization

Your DNA holds patterns that shape how you process stress, detox, and recover. When available, genomic data adds a deeper layer of personalization on top of your terrain results.

DNA isn't required to begin — your TRP alone is enough to start. But it helps explain why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to pace your reset around your biology.

Support Your Reset — Targeted Supplements

Supplements support your detox pathways, nervous system regulation, and nutrient replenishment — built from your TRP, DNA (if available), and pathway needs, never generic.

As monthly TRP results come in, your protocol evolves. The goal isn't to stay on supplements forever, but to use them as targeted support while your body relearns balance.

Support Your Reset — Targeted Tools

Tools — like breathwork, movement, and supportive devices — are matched to your data, not a generic checklist. Your protocol shows you which to use, in what order, and why.

As your terrain shifts, so does your toolkit.
